Refund Policy

If we cannot match a host shop, we refund the $600 and we do not hang a sign.

If we do not send a photo of the hung sign within about one week of receiving your logo, phone, and offer line, we refund the $600. You can also ask for that refund within 30 days of the photo’s due date, with no form. Email hello@locallightmedia.com.

The refund is for the sign and the photo. It is not a refund because jobs did not arrive. Jobs were not part of the purchase. If the sign is already up when the refund is paid, we take it down.
